November 7th. I have decided the meeting will start November 7th and continue. I will send instructions to those whom I will invite from the West and others in India. These will include instructions informing the Western group when they should arrive, how long they should stay . . . . one month. I will send the instructions in March, 1957, to all invitees and I will expect an early reply for the board and lodging arrangements. "It will be 90% women and 10% men," Baba finished, to our amusement. Marion Florsheim asked something about raising funds and Baba smilingly told her to raise "20 billion dollars!"

We dispersed to have breakfast around 8 a.m. In the dining room I met a person who was upset when she heard of the meeting to which she had not been called. But Baba had specifically ordered only those on the trip with him to be there. During the morning, Baba visited the homes of Ivy Duce, Don Stevens and Fred Frey, San Francisco Sufis. As usual, he invited others to go along. Ivy's house, destined as a future Sufi center, was first;
