Regarding decorations to the Pandal and the dais, Baba wanted the devotees to arrange with the management and do the best possible in the limited time available. Baba added, "So far as I am concerned, this is not any special occasion. It might be and should be for you all. For Me, every day is My birthday."
Baba wanted all to go for lunch and to come back to the Meeting-pandal by 3 p.m. "When I say 3 p.m., it means 2: 30 p.m.," commented Baba.
After Lunch. All the Sahavasis reassembled in the Pandal by 2:30 p.m. Baba arrived from his cabin in the camp by 2:45 p.m. Baba noticed that many had not yet arrived and jocularly remarked. "I hear a lot of noise. Are they snoring in the men's dormitory? Go and wake them up and ask them all to come in soon.”
Some tried to suppress their coughs, and Baba remarked, "No one should suppress coughs; all may cough freely. Be free and comfortable, and be at ease."
Baba added: “This morning I gave different categories of Obedience. The obedience of some of my lovers does not come in any of those categories. Their obedience is altogether of a different type.
"In the last circular issued to the Sahavasis, it was specifically mentioned that none should seek to have separate interviews with Me. When I call someone to My cabin, it is a different thing, it is My wish. Some have come from very long distances from distant parts, not India, but Pakistan, etc. after undergoing great difficulties, and it is more than 10 or 15 years since they had seen Me, some even 20 years since they last saw Me. They are ardent lovers of Mine. If I call them to My cabin, just for a light chat, it does not mean that they are being given special interviews. Even supposing that I in any case, do give any person or party an interview, it is My wish and it will not mean that others should ignore My circulars and press for interview. There is no time here even for 'serious talk' and where is the time for Me to indulge in gossip? I called them just to inquire of their welfare and not necessarily for any interview or gossip. There are some lovers who are obedient to Me and want to adhere 100% to the latest circular, and they ask, 'Baba, others have been called by you to your cabin for an interview; but what crime have we committed except that we are
